Jusoor Initiative Launched in Al Dakhiliyah to Strengthen Institutional Integration and Knowledge Transfer
Date Published: 13 October 2026
The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology today launched the “Jusoor for Institutional Integration and Knowledge Transfer” initiative in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The initiative aims to strengthen institutional integration between the Ministry and government entities across the governorates, and to share expertise, experiences and practices that support organisational development, thereby enhancing government performance. Under the slogan “Transferring Knowledge, Creating Impact”, the initiative is being implemented through a series of field visits and introductory meetings coordinated with the offices of Their Excellencies the Governors. It targets directors general, department directors and heads of sections in government entities across the governorates.
The meetings featured presentations on the Ministry’s strategic plan and areas of institutional excellence, as well as the achievements and performance indicators of the transport and logistics sector. They also covered the National Digital Economy Programme, its key targets and opportunities, and included discussions on institutional integration and the service beneficiary experience. The initiative also highlighted the Ministry’s development initiatives, including the “Naqla” project. An interactive dialogue session explored the aspirations and challenges of government entities, alongside ways to strengthen coordination and the exchange of knowledge and expertise across sectors. The initiative forms part of the Ministry’s efforts to strengthen partnerships and communication with government entities across the governorates and broaden the exchange of expertise and experiences. These efforts support the integration of government work, improve services and contribute to achieving the targets of Oman Vision 2040.
