Implementation of the remaining parts of Phase One with a length of 30 km, starting from the Wilayat of Barka to the Wilayat of Shinas (Khatmat Malaha). This includes 22 km for the first section (Barka – Suwaiq Port) and 8 km for the second section (Sohar Port – Khatmat Malaha), in addition to the dualization of the Barka Souq link road, the Suwaiq link road, and the construction of the Suwaiq Bridge. The project contributes to boosting commercial and economic activity and enhancing logistical connectivity between Barka Port, Suwaiq Port, and Khazaen Economic City.
