The system was implemented in a practical trial that included uploading tender documents and analyzing the bids submitted by several companies. The system generated a detailed evaluation for each bid, explaining the reasons for qualification or disqualification and the justifications related to that, thereby supporting transparency and assisting the relevant authorities in the evaluation process.

The experiment faced several technical challenges, the most notable of which was the limited access to real documents due to administrative restrictions and data confidentiality requirements, necessitating the reliance on experimental data in the initial stages. And with the subsequent transition to testing the system on models of real tenders and offers, a set of improvement aspects emerged that require development before moving on to the later stages of marketing the system. The National Center for Space and Advanced Technologies and Artificial Intelligence values this experience and considers it an important milestone in efforts to employ artificial intelligence technologies in bid analysis and explore future expansion opportunities in this field.
